Returns

We accept returns for exchange or store credit only.

The return must be registered and sent within 14days from the delivery. date. (If you receive the order on Monday, Tuesday counts as DAY 1.)
All items must be returned in their original packaging.
Return your items in the same condition you received them; unworn, unused, unwashed, and have all hygiene stickers intact. Do not remove paddings from the swimsuits.
The return items must be free of makeup stains, pet hair, and perfume or other odor.
Please note that orders cannot be returned to the sender address. To ensure your return is processed correctly, please follow the return instructions provided through our returns portal.

Delivery Address and Contact Details: We cannot be held liable for the loss if your order is lost or not delivered due to incorrect shipping address.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
The cost of shipping your order is non-refundable.
We are not responsible for items that are accidentally returned to us. You may request to have your items sent back again, but you will be responsible for the shipping cost incurred.
Please drop off your returns at the designated access points. If you request a collection, the pickup charges will be deducted from your store credit.
It can take up to10 working days to process your return orders.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
